Rozi, Jason, Caleb & Luke
My Story
From financial analyst to local real estate agent.
My path to real estate started long before I ever earned my license. I grew up loving math and numbers — I studied finance at Auburn University, then went on to get my MBA from UAB. I landed a role as a financial analyst at The Home Depot's Store Support Center in Atlanta, and on paper, it was a great job. But the truth is, I always knew I wanted more than a desk and a spreadsheet — I wanted to make a real difference in people's lives.
By the age of 26, I had already bought and sold two homes and was living in my third, thanks to relocations for Jason's education and career. I loved every part of it — searching for homes, walking through neighborhoods, imagining what a space could become, and running the numbers to see if it made sense as an investment.
When I became pregnant with our oldest, Caleb, everything shifted. I started asking myself what I really wanted the next chapter to look like. I wanted the flexibility to be present for my kids while also building something meaningful — something that was mine. Real estate kept calling my name, so in 2003 I enrolled in real estate classes. By 2004, I had my license and my first clients.
What I quickly learned is that real estate isn't necessarily flexible around your schedule — it's flexible around your clients' schedules. There's something deeply rewarding about walking alongside someone through one of the biggest decisions of their life — whether it's a first-time buyer who's nervous and excited, a buyer looking for more space, or someone starting a new chapter.
In 2005, our family made a big move back to the Auburn-Opelika area — where I grew up and went to school — when Jason, started his PhD program at Auburn University. I was excited to come home. We were also closer to family, which was a huge bonus. What started as a temporary plan turned into a life — and we've never looked back. Our boys, Caleb and Luke, grew up right alongside this community. Caleb just graduated from Auburn University (Go Tigers!), and Luke is starting at Auburn this year — so our household is all-in on the orange and blue. There's nothing quite like fall Saturdays in this town when your whole family is cheering for the same team.
In 2016, I joined HomeLink Realty when the brokerage opened its doors, and it felt like the right fit from day one. Being part of a team that shares my values — honesty, transparency, and putting people first — has made this chapter of my career incredibly fulfilling.
My faith is a big part of how I show up for my clients. My life verse — Proverbs 3:5-6 — says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." That's more than words on a page for me. It shapes how I treat people, how I handle the tough moments in a transaction, and how I make decisions when the path isn't totally clear. I genuinely believe that doing right by people always matters more than closing a deal.
After more than two decades in real estate, what gets me out of bed in the morning hasn't changed. I still love helping people find the right home, make smart financial decisions, and feel that rush of excitement when they get the keys. Seeing the relief and joy on my clients' faces at closing — that feeling truly never gets old.
Two decades of experience.
A lifetime of preparation.

More than an agent.
A neighbor.
I grew up in Auburn-Opelika, moved away for a while, and came back in 2005 — this is home. I raised my kids here, and I know every neighborhood, school, and street. I've watched neighborhoods develop, schools improve, and local businesses thrive.
Being deeply embedded in this community means I don't just know the real estate market — I know the people, the rhythms, and the small details that make Auburn and Opelika special. I know which neighborhoods have established community associations and which ones have amenities like pools and playgrounds. I know the school zone boundaries and the differences between each school's programs and ratings. And I know the value of a community where people genuinely look out for each other.
I'm proud to be raising my family in the same community I serve. It's not just where I work — it's where we belong.
